Jeff Burton finished 19th in the Sprint Cup points standings in 2012.  It was his 20th season -- 19th full time -- in the sport’s highest echelon.  In those 20 years Burton has racked up 21 victories and 248 top 10 finishes.  Burton won Rookie of the Year honors in his first full season in 1994.  His career has declined somewhat since he hit his fortiesBurton’s last Sprint Cup win was back in 2008.
